Nick manages the calendar of Variety Motoring Events and recently returned to the organisation after working in the family business, where he oversaw operations for the Good Food and Wine Shows across Australia.
He brings extensive experience in delivering large‑scale fundraising and major events, including catering in the prestigious Birdcage at the Melbourne Cup Carnival, coordinating high‑profile tourism trade and consumer shows, and managing a range of greenfield events.
In a former life, Nick travelled the world as a chef on private superyachts. He is a keen though average golfer/tennis player who still loves boating and sailing.
