Lindsay Dare

Lindsay has worked in e-commerce as a General Manager, Project Manager, Executive and Cyber Security Specialist. Lindsay has also been an accountant in the health sector, and has managed customer service teams, implemented marketing strategies and sales in digital classifieds and printing industry and is currently in a communications role.

Lindsay brings a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach to her role on the board. With a talent for building trust and relationships, Lindsay is a people-focused leader who understands individual motivations and strengths, contributing to the success of collective goals. Her exceptional communication and negotiation skills enable her to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve solutions that benefit all parties. Passionate about making a difference, Lindsay leads with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude, adapting quickly to new directions and working with urgency to support the organisation’s mission.

Lindsay has participated in the Variety Bash as an entrant in 2016 and 2017, the Brats Bash in 2018 and then as an official for Variety Brats Bash events in 2021 and 2023. Lindsay has also worked in a volunteer capacity at the Variety Head Office.
